These Terms govern your use of SuppsBay and purchases made through the SuppsBay website, applications and related services. SuppsBay is operated by: SUPPS BAY - FZCO United Arab Emirates ("SuppsBay", "we", "our", or "us") By using SuppsBay or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under UAE law.

Our Business Model

SuppsBay is primarily a UAE-based online retailer of sports nutrition, dietary supplements and related products. SuppsBay may: purchase inventory directly from suppliers or distributors, store products through third-party fulfilment facilities, sell products directly to customers and appoint third-party courier companies to deliver orders. SuppsBay may also make selected products supplied or fulfilled by approved third-party partners available in the future. Where a product is sold by a third party rather than directly by SuppsBay, this should be identified on the relevant product or transaction information where applicable.

Products

We aim to provide accurate product information, including descriptions, images, sizes, flavours, ingredients and other information. Packaging, label design or manufacturer presentation may occasionally change without notice. Where product packaging differs but the actual product supplied remains substantially the same product ordered, such packaging change alone will not necessarily constitute an incorrect product. Customers should always review the physical product label and manufacturer instructions before use.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to a cart does not reserve inventory. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, SuppsBay may: contact the customer, remove the unavailable item and refund it, offer a suitable alternative with the customer's agreement, or cancel the affected order. We will not intentionally substitute a materially different supplement without the customer's agreement.

Pricing

Prices displayed on SuppsBay are the prices applicable at the time shown, subject to obvious technical or pricing errors. SuppsBay may change future prices at any time. A price change will not normally affect an order already accepted and paid, except where there is an obvious error or where otherwise permitted or required by law.

Obvious Pricing Errors

If an item is accidentally advertised at a clearly incorrect price due to a technical, human or system error, SuppsBay may contact the customer and cancel/refund the affected transaction where permitted by law. We will not intentionally use misleading pricing practices.

Payments

Customers must use an approved payment method displayed at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. SuppsBay may perform or request reasonable payment, identity or fraud checks before accepting or dispatching an order. An order may be cancelled where payment is: declined, reversed, suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorized or otherwise invalid.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. SuppsBay may verify payment, inventory, address information and other transaction details before accepting or dispatching the order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including: stock unavailability, suspected fraud, payment failure, legal/regulatory restrictions, delivery impossibility or an obvious website/pricing error. Where SuppsBay cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Shipping

Shipping is governed by the SuppsBay Shipping Policy. Current UAE pricing is: Dubai — order above AED 100 after discounts and promotional codes: Free Dubai — AED 100 or below: AED 20 Other UAE Emirates: AED 30 Delivery conditions and exceptions are explained in the Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable UAE law.

Promotions, Discounts and Coupons

Promotional codes may be subject to: minimum spend, expiry date, specified products/categories, specified customer/account, single-use limits or campaign-specific conditions. Unless expressly permitted: coupons cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be duplicated or manipulated and may not be combined with another promotional code. SuppsBay may cancel a discount or order where a coupon was obtained or used through fraud, system manipulation, unauthorized duplication or clear violation of the promotion terms.

Health and Nutrition Information

Products sold through SuppsBay include dietary supplements and sports-nutrition products. Information on the website is provided for general product and educational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Customers are responsible for reviewing: ingredients, allergen information, warnings, dosage/use instructions and manufacturer recommendations. If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an allergy or have concerns about whether a supplement is suitable for you, consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use. Do not exceed manufacturer-recommended usage.

Product Results

Individual responses to nutrition, supplementation, exercise and wellness products vary. Unless expressly stated as a legally permitted and verified product claim, SuppsBay does not guarantee a particular body-composition, performance, weight, health or fitness outcome.

Authenticity and Sourcing

SuppsBay intends to source products through suppliers and distributors appropriate for the UAE market. Health supplements traded in Dubai are subject to Dubai Municipality's consumer-product framework, and Montaji is used by Dubai Municipality for registration and verification of consumer products including health supplements. Storage and Fulfilment

Products may be stored and handled by approved third-party fulfilment providers acting on behalf of SuppsBay. The appointment of a fulfilment provider or courier does not by itself make that provider the seller of the product.

Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You must provide accurate information and promptly update information that materially affects fulfilment of an order. You must notify SuppsBay if you believe your account has been compromised.

Prohibited Use

Customers must not use SuppsBay for fraudulent activity, unauthorized resale schemes, payment fraud, website interference, scraping or automated abuse, malicious code, infringement of intellectual property or unlawful activity.

Reviews and User Content

Where SuppsBay allows reviews or customer content, users must not knowingly submit fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful, misleading or infringing material. SuppsBay may moderate or remove content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms or law.

Intellectual Property

The SuppsBay name, branding, website design, original text, software, graphics and other proprietary material are owned by or licensed to SuppsBay unless otherwise stated. Third-party trademarks and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

Third-Party Services

SuppsBay may use independent providers for: payments, fulfilment, warehousing, delivery, analytics, communications, hosting and other services. Those providers may have separate operational terms applicable to their services.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SuppsBay will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable and did not result from a breach for which SuppsBay is legally responsible. SuppsBay is not responsible for losses caused solely by: customer misuse of a product, failure to follow product instructions, incorrect information supplied by the customer, unauthorized account activity caused by the customer's failure to secure credentials, or events outside SuppsBay's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited by applicable UAE law.

Indemnity for Unlawful Use

To the extent permitted by law, a user is responsible for losses reasonably incurred by SuppsBay resulting from the user's fraud, deliberate unlawful conduct or material violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

SuppsBay may update these Terms to reflect changes to the business, website, services or applicable legal requirements. Changes apply prospectively from the date they are published unless applicable law requires otherwise. Changes will not retrospectively remove mandatory rights relating to completed purchases.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts or dispute-resolution authorities in the UAE, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection jurisdiction.
