Each effervescent tablet gives you 1000mg of vitamin C and 10mg of zinc, together with vitamin B2, beetroot powder and inulin. Vitamin C and zinc both support normal immune function, and vitamin C also works as an antioxidant. Dissolve one tablet in a glass of water once a day. Vegetarian, no added sugar, and free from gluten, wheat, yeast, dairy and soy. Orange flavour, 20 tablets.
